Peruvian Dark Chocolate

Our Peruvian dark chocolate is available in 65% 75% and 85%

We submitted the 65% and 75% to the Great taste awards both were awarded a 1 star and this is what the judges said:

65% Peruvian

Well tempered chocolate with a good snap and an enticing fruity aroma. The melt is pleasing and gives an excellent mouthfeel, releasing a fruity flavour profile which has good length.

75% Peruvian

Good gloss, sound snap and a lovely rich chocolate hue. Super rich ,fruity aroma, and the melt is slow but develops on the tongue with an engaging bitterness, with those fruity notes working through. The intensity is there and we enjoyed the length of finish too.
