Our 65% Columbian chocolate has a mild dark chocolate fruity flavour without the dark chocolate bitter after taste.  Awarded a Great Taste Award in 2023.

65% Ecuadorian – The highest graded, single origin, Arriba (also known as Nacional) Ecuadorian Cacao Beans are one of the few fine aromatic beans in the world. This high quality cacao bean is preferred by chocolate makers due to its superior and strong, unique aroma, prized for its rich and smooth flavour.

65% Madagascan – The unique rainforest, soil and climate environment has allowed the cacao to speciate and develop their own fine forest fruit characteristics.
